Most of our Managed Services clients have started using a Help Desk tool that allows tracking of the tickets fast and easy. There is a number of features you could benefit from:

  • Create the ticket using your mobile or Desktop application. Take a screenshot of the problem and get it uploaded to a ticket;
  • Have access to a Learning Library to find answers and tips on how to use the Windows 8, Outlook 2013 and more;
